The Document Tracking Feature in the Case Amplify application is built to provide quick, secure, and effective document management. Beyond management, the Document Tracking feature in conjunction with the AI Interview Feature make form filling a breeze.
- Robust Document Storage and Association:
- Supporting all major file formats, the Document Tracking Feature offers robust document storage and management, enabling the associate at the case, person or family level and ensuring relevant documents are available when needed. Documents can also be organized by category
- Compliant Document Governance:
- Following guidelines and requirements of major data security regulations, Case Amplify provides role based document access control, document category level access control, document versioning, and full document auditability to ensure you and your clients are protected.
- Streamlined Form Ecosystem:
- The Form ecosystem is deeply integrated with the AI Interview Feature yielding a form process that is both simple and intelligent. Uploaded form templates are analyzed, extracting fields from the form to determine if suggest new data points to collect in the interview. Furthermore, fields that match data points already noted for extraction, are automatically associated with those data points, simplifying adding new forms.
- Templated Document Requests:
- Critical to qualifying clients for programs, non-form documents can be requested through a program automation workflow or manually with the click of a button. By simply associating a message template with the document category, Case Amplify knows what it should ask for and how to word its request.
- Client Document Upload:
- Once requested, Case Amplify allows clients to upload the requested documents through a one-time link generated at the time of the request. This helps you to reduce the time between meeting the client and getting them the resources they need.
- Client Document Analysis:
- After client upload, documents are analyzed by the AI to determine if the correct document was received. In cases where the AI has high certainty that the incorrect document was provided, it will send another request to the client. If he AI isn't sure if the document is correct or not, it notifies you to preform a manual review. When the correct document is uploaded, the AI then attempts to extract any data points it finds. Both extracted data points and the document are then associated to the appropriate entity in Case Amplify.
