Case Amplify AI Policy
At Case Amplify, our mission is to help case workers focus on what matters most: people. To achieve this responsibly, we rely on AI technologies that meet the highest standards of privacy, security, and data protection. This policy explains exactly how AI is used within Case Amplify and how your data is safeguarded at every step.
Our AI Infrastructure: Azure Direct Models in Microsoft Foundry
Case Amplify relies exclusively on Azure Direct Models hosted within Microsoft Foundry, a secure Azure service designed for enterprise-grade data privacy (Microsoft Data Privacy Policy).
Microsoft’s guarantees for Azure Direct Models include:
- Your prompts (inputs), completions (outputs), embeddings, and training data are NOT shared with other customers.
- Your data is NOT available to OpenAI or any other model provider.
- Your data is NOT used to train OpenAI, Microsoft, or any third-party foundation models.
- Customer data, prompts, completions, and fine-tuned models are NOT used to improve Microsoft or third-party products or services unless you explicitly instruct otherwise.
- Any fine-tuned Azure Direct Models created for your organization are available exclusively to you.
- Azure Direct Models operate entirely within Microsoft’s Azure environment and do not interact with services operated by model providers (e.g., OpenAI’s ChatGPT or the OpenAI API).
These assurances are foundational to Case Amplify’s privacy-by-design approach.
How Case Amplify Uses Your Data
Case Amplify uses AI solely to support workflows you initiate—such as generating summaries, structuring intake notes, or enhancing case documentation. At no point is your data used for:
- Training unrelated AI models
- Cross-customer model improvement
- Marketing or product development without consent
- Sharing with OpenAI or other external AI providers
All AI use falls under:
These documents govern how your information is collected, stored, processed, and protected across the platform.
Your Control and the Only Exception
We never access your tenant or your AI-generated content unless you opt in.
You may choose to grant IntelliTect engineers temporary access for:
- Technical support
- Issue diagnosis
- Providing product feedback
- Enabling Data Sharing within your tenant
This access is always optional, limited, and revocable.
HIPAA and Regulatory Compliance
Case Amplify is actively completing its HIPAA compliance review, with the final assessment expected at the end of January. We already operate under the same privacy and data-handling expectations required for HIPAA-covered systems and treat all customer information with the same rigor, whether or not it is protected health information (PHI).
Our commitment to privacy is not a marketing statement; it is embedded into every architectural and operational decision we make.

Our Commitment to Responsible AI
Case Amplify is built on a simple principle:
Your data belongs to you. Your trust is earned, not assumed.
We use AI to amplify your impact, not to profile, sell, exploit, or repurpose your data. Our systems are designed so that:
- You stay in control
- No data leaves the secure Azure environment
- No prompts or outputs are used to train external models
- No cross-customer data mixing ever occurs
AI should support human-centered work, not compromise it.
